Refund policy

At Sokana, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our handwoven handbags. Each piece is carefully handmade by skilled artisans, making every bag unique.

Returns

  • We do not accept returns once a purchase has been completed.

  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, or weaving are to be expected and are part of the uniqueness of each item. These are not considered defects.

Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, dislike of color/texture, or similar reasons.

  • Refunds are only applicable in the rare case of a faulty or damaged product that is proven to be due to manufacturing issues.

    • To request a refund for a faulty item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

    • Proof of purchase and clear photographs of the defect must be provided.

    • Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are not accepted, as each item is handmade and stock is limited.
